As You May Have Noticed...

    Posted on 3/19/2011 3:07:54 PM  •  Comments (2)  •

This blog is no longer active. I stopped "hard-core" couponing in August 2010 to dedicate my time to wedding planning. Since then, and even after the wedding, I have not returned to the hard labor involved with scoring all these crazy deals. I have a great stockpile that allows us to not need to buy health and beauty items for a good few years. And as far as the food deals, I am no longer interested in getting the processed foods found at Kroger, Randall's or HEB for free or cheap.

Please do feel free to take a look at the posts from the past, as you may be inspired to start or continue couponing in the future. I may return to it someday once I run out of my 150 bottles of body wash or 300 rolls of toilet paper.... but until then, I had a great time!

    Target Deal week of 3-16

    Posted on 3/16/2010 10:33:04 PM  •  Comments (2)  •

Every so often Target has a deal on Gillette Fusion/Venus razors for buy two get a $5 gift card. So at $7 each and $4 coupons on each, two Fusion razors cost $1 after tax and gift card. I did this deal 3 times.

Then I did a more complicated deal with the Venus razors and Olay Body wash (bonus packs) that are also on an endcap with their own $5 gift card deal when you buy 3.

    6 Venus razors - 6 $2 off Venus coupon
6 Olay body wash - 6 FREE bodywash wyb Venus
    = $30

I used a $5 gift card from the previous transaction, paid $25 in cash and got $25 back on gift cards.

target gift card deal fusion venus razors

total cost after gift cards and tax = $3.27

As you may have noticed, anyone still visiting my site (thank you!), I have been on quite a hiatus from posting lately. Between a new job, planning a wedding, and getting another new job, couponing is still in the picture for me, just on a smaller scale! I do my deals mostly on Sundays but sometimes the last day of the sale week. I haven't been able to get as many coupons lately because our paper prices went up again, but at least I have a few people who keep contributing to my hobby.

On that note, I plan to post again a few times this week. One with deals I am getting today and another post on my stockpile..... so stay tuned  :)

    free iPods & itunes giftcards!

    Posted on 10/27/2009 8:35:00 PM  •  Comments (12)  •

I've gotten a lot of questions about how I got my iPhone for free lately. For almost a year now I have been working on earning myself some free iPods and giftcards. I have earned FOUR iPhones so far! When you "cash out" on the site for an iPhone, they actually just send you a giftcard for the amount. You can save these up and buy whatever you want at the Apple store.

Now anyone can do this. It just takes a little time every day, and depending on the item you want (any iPod- shuffle, classic or touch, iPhone or iTunes Giftcards), it may just take a couple weeks.

Just click my graphic below to get started.

You will definitely want to create a new email at gmail or yahoo just for this site because you will get a TON of spam. I don't do any of the paid offers, just the small point few line forms and it's completely legit!
